Rather than recommending a sales price that would allow an easy sale, Judy believed our property to be worth much more than other realtors we talked with. She went about a campaign of hiring talent to produce excellent photographs, 3D walk-through visualizations, video clips of our home and general area, and then targeting advertising at specific audiences. She always has great ideas, is very creative, and effectively represented our interests. I'd highly recommend contacting her before committing to any realtor if you are considering selling or buying a home.
